Julianne's Summer Session

You all might remember a tiny little girl named Julianne from last year when I posted her newborn session. She is actually in the blog header above :) She is still tiny, dainty and adorable, nearly one year later. The main purpose of this summer session was to capture Julianne with her grandparents. So, we started out with grandma and grandpa reading Julianne a book, which was a hit! From there we hopped around getting some fun candid shots of everyone enjoying this beautiful baby girl. Baby Josie

You might remember an adorable little girl named Gabby, who I photographed last summer. She just became a big sister! It is raining babies these days and all my little ones are becoming siblings! I shot little Josie's newborn session last week, when she was just 8 days new :) She was a superb sleeper for me. She was very cooperative, which is always a treat! I had such a great time photographing her and all of her tininess. We ended the session with a few outside shots once the rain let up. I think everyone in the Southeast is ready for the rain to let up, for good! Stay tuned for more babies coming up this Fall. Enjoy some of my faves from little Josie's session.

Baby Eme has Arrived

Baby Eme has finally arrived, which makes Ava a big sister! ! It is so wonderful to have the privilege of photographing two sisters, especially ones so close in age. It seems impossible that more than a year has passed since I shot Ava's newborn session :) I see so many similarities in these two beautiful girls, down to the little noises baby Eme makes. Tackling family pics with a newborn and a 1 1/2 year old is an entertaining task, but we managed to get some fun ones in between battling the summer elements, which forced us to stay mostly indoors. Eme has a beautiful head of hair and she even gave me some time with her eyes open. I can't wait to see how she grows and develops over the next year :) Will she have those big blue eyes and gorgeous blond hair like her big sis? Ava is One!

Another babe turning 1 on me! This little beauty has been on my blog a lot over the last year :) She is such a sweetheart, has the most beautiful blue eyes and always gives me a great variety of adorable expressions.  I have had such fun watching her grow and develop over the last 12 months.  And she has a baby sister on the way!!!! I can only imagine how cute they'll be together.  We did Ava's 1 year session and followed it later in the week with her 1st Birthday Party, which I'll be posting in another entry.  Mom had some SUPER CUTE outfits for her 1 year session, lots of fun color! But, the birthday suit won out at the end of the day :) Enjoy some of my faves, it was hard to narrow it down with this cutie.

Rowan Turns 1

Another one of my babies has turned one! This past year has just flown by. Rowan had a Radio Flyer themed first birthday party with lots of friends and family surrounding him with love, including his big brother Ryder :) His favorite part, aside from the cake of course, was the sandbox! He was playing in the sandbox for at least an hour, he loved it! Before the party started we did a quick mini session that delivered some adorable shots of baby Rowan in his birthday outfit on his Radio Flyer trike.  I just love his little smirks and smiles :) I had so much fun shooting his first birthday and watching Rowan enjoy himself.
