Easter Family Session

It doesn't happen often when you get the whole family together for a portrait session, but I was lucky enough to be called upon to photograph this gorgeous family over Easter weekend.  Grandma and Grandpa had all the kids together and didn't want to miss the opportunity to get photos with all of them! You might recognize one of these families, we have been shooting together for a couple years now :) I found a beautiful spot filled with Spring flowers and luscious sunlight for this fun family session. The weather was amazing, 70's and breezy.....we definitely don't get many days like that! Enjoy some of my faves from our session.

Spring Family Session

This blog posting is long overdue! I'm in the middle of a super busy Spring season! I had such fun with this family of four on a beautiful Spring day.  We started at their house and let the kids get to know me for a bit and then we moved onto a great little orange grove with fantastic light down the road. The kids were a bit cranky on this particular afternoon and I told mom when we were finished with our session that it never fails, when the kids are out of sorts, they're usually coming down with something.  Low and behold they both woke up with a bug the following day. Oracle.....photographer....I wear many hats :) Regardless, we got some super fun shots of this family just being themselves and looking gorgeously natural together.
